Swami K.S. Krishnan Nadi Astrology is one of the most respected and authentic Nadi Astrology centers in India, with a legacy of over 80 years of service across three generations. At our center, an individual’s thumb impression is used to identify the corresponding palm-leaf manuscripts preserved in our library. These ancient palm leaves are carefully classified and indexed to enable the search for the native’s unique life record. The process requires patience and cooperation, as the reader verifies specific life details from each leaf until the exact manuscript is identified. Not every individual has a corresponding leaf, as these sacred predictions are believed to be meant for selected souls only

Nadi astrology is a branch of Jyotish where individual destinies are said to be pre-written on palm leaves in ancient Tamil script rather than calculated solely from a birth chart.

About Naadi Astrology
The Rishis of ancient India applied their minds to discover many arts and sciences for the well-being of future generations. Among these, one prominent science is astrology, which they developed into several branches.
Astrology includes casting and interpreting horoscopes based on the positions of planets at the time of birth and their subsequent movements across the zodiac. This is a highly developed system, as evidenced by classical texts such as Brihatsamhita and Jathaka Paarijatha.
Other related disciplines include palmistry, numerology, and Naadi reading, each offering its own method of understanding human life and destiny. From our family’s experience and the feedback received from clients, the predictions derived from the palm-leaf records we preserve accurately match about 80 percent of the visitors.
The remedial measures prescribed in these sacred scripts—such as specific temple rituals and poojas—are always left to the free choice and discretion of the individuals concerned.
What Is Naadi ?
These days, there is much talk about people with powers of extrasensory perception, yet the Rishis of ancient India were holy sages whose deep meditation on the one supreme reality, Paramatma, elevated their consciousness far beyond ordinary ESP. They possessed profound spiritual foresight, through which Rishis like Agasthiya, Kousika, and Vasishta were able to perceive and record the destinies of human beings living in this world.
At any given moment in time, countless forms of life are born—humans, plants, and animals—but the Rishis deliberately limited their predictions to human beings, and even then, not to all humans. Their prophecies were reserved only for those individuals who, as foreseen by the Rishis, would one day come seeking these revelations, with even the approximate age of their visit indicated in advance. These predictions were originally inscribed on palm leaves, in the scholarly language of Sanskrit, like many other ancient arts and sciences.
In later periods, Tamil kings collected vast numbers of such palm leaves on diverse subjects and safeguarded them in large libraries so that this treasury of Rishi wisdom would not be lost. The king of Tanjore, a true patron of learning, created a special repository for these manuscripts in his palace library and arranged for learned Pandits to translate them into ancient Tamil. The palm leaves currently in our custody have been handed down through our ancestors; at no point have we claimed that these are the very original leaves written by the Rishis themselves, nor do we state that they were procured as originals during auctions held under British rule.
Before any prediction is disclosed, the individual seeker is first clearly identified through details such as date of birth, planetary positions at birth, parentage, names of close relatives, social and professional standing, and marital status. Once this identification is firmly established, the Nadi text unfolds the person’s destiny from the date of consulting the Nadi up to the end of life. Events prior to the consultation—from birth up to the moment of reading—are generally not described, possibly to avoid unnecessary emotional or practical complications in the lives of those who receive these revelations.
